ZEIK0 DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR‑FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZEIK0 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL ZEIK0'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by the courts located in Curaçao.
